She believes she can represent the needs of her constituents while advocating for a more accountable, transparant, and connected City Council.
Mandy advocates for coastal access and is working to protect and preserve the coastal region and the 30ft height limit.
Mandy is not part of the political establishment.
This campaign is entirely grassroots and funded solely by the donations of fellow community members.
